The administrators of Fletton Quays Hotel Limited have put the partially completed Hilton Garden Inn hotel in Peterborough up for sale.
The property, which will form part of the £120m mixed-use Fletton Quays regeneration project, is marketed on an offers invited basis for the freehold interest.
Upon completion, the proposed full-service hotel will feature 160 bedrooms, a restaurant, bar, meeting rooms, a gym and a rooftop bar.
Paul Barrasford, director, hotels at CBRE, which has been appointed to market the opportunity, said: “We are excited to have been appointed to secure a sale which will finally see completion of this landmark hotel scheme. We expect to receive strong interest from investors accustomed to developing large hotels and who are able to bring this important project to a rightful and successful conclusion.”
