Cushman & Wakefield has appointed James Lewis from Lambert Smith Hampton as a partner in the company’s national industrial and logistics team.

Lewis will be based at the firm’s Manchester office and will lead the North West industrial and logistics team.

At Lambert Smith Hampton he was a director in the company’s regional team and prior to that he held the role of director at Canmoor.

Richard Evans, head of UK industrial and logistics at Cushman & Wakefield, said: “We’re delighted to welcome James to our logistics and industrial team in Manchester. He joins at a pivotal time in the sector and will play a vital role in our continued growth and presence supporting clients across the region. On both a national and regional level, we continue to see promising signs of recovery.

“The North West remains a premier and buoyant logistics market, and one which has seen continued rental growth recorded in recent years. The rental growth outlook for the region remains strong, particularly within the mid box market. The North West’s potential for significant consumer market recovery is looking positive as we head to 2026.”
