Logistics provider signs for 246,685 sq ft unit at Prologis Park Kettering

International logistics provider DFDS has signed for a 246,685 sq ft industrial unit at Prologis Park Kettering.

Situated in the heart of the Midlands, the DC7 unit benefits from immediate access to Junction 7 of the A14, offering direct connectivity to the UK’s core transport corridors including the M1, M6 and East Coast ports.

The BREEAM Excellent-rated building features 183 car parking bays and 55 HGV spaces.
