Prologis UK has secured planning consent for a 107,000 sq ft distribution centre (DC) at Daventry International Rail Freight Terminal (DIRFT).
Speculative construction of the DC107 unit will commence in January next year and it will be ready for occupation from August.
Prologis is targeting EPC A+, BREEAM Outstanding and WiredScore Gold ratings for the Stephen George + Partners (SGP) designed unit.
