Newmark has appointed Peter Constantine from Avison Young as a partner in its UK leisure team.
Constantine, who will be based in the firm’s Cardiff office, was head of leisure at Avison Young. He has extensive expertise in pubs and licensed premises and his skill set combines valuation consultancy with agency work.
