Tritax London Logistics Fund (TLLF) has let a 122,400 sq ft built-to-suit air cargo facility at London Heathrow to Worldwide Flight Services (WFS) on a 20-year lease.
The cross-docked facility, which is subject to planning consent, will be built on a five-acre site within the Heathrow airport’s main cargo area for the air cargo, passenger and ground handling business, which is part of SATS Group
TLLF is targeting BREEAM Excellent and EPC A+ ratings for the new facility, which will also include 11,840 sq ft of HQ office space.
