Toll-based mobility solutions operator Emovis has signed for 12,459 sq ft of office space at Broad Gate in the heart of Leeds city centre.
The company has agreed a 10-year lease on the space with a break at year five. The 300,000 sq ft mixed-use development comprises Grade A office space, an exclusive suite of penthouse offices and four prime retail units.
