A planning application has been submitted for a new clinical life sciences building next to St Mary’s Hospital in Paddington, London.
The HOK-designed Paddington Hub, which has been brought forward by Cohort alongside a collaboration agreement with St Mary’s Hospital, with Barlet Asset Management acting as developer, will bring clinicians, researchers, patients and industry together in a purpose-built environment designed to accelerate medical discovery and improve patient outcomes.
Located on the former Imperial College Medical School site, the development will support the full pathway from discovery to patient care, enabling clinical trials, diagnostics and emerging health technologies within an integrated setting.
