Savills has appointed Charlie Weatherill as a director in its operational capital markets (OCM) division.
Weatherill previously spent more than a decade at Savills, where he was a founding member of the OCM division, and later served as capital markets director and board member at Telford Homes, overseeing investor relationships, deal structuring and transaction execution. More recently, he worked as a senior consultant with organisations including Action to address the UK’s empty homes crisis.
In his new role, Weatherill will focus on the co‑living sector, with a particular emphasis on development funding. He will also work on Savills Capital Advisors mandates.
