Sebastian Patrick, who has seven years of experience in real estate investment, development and debt advisory, has also joined the strategic development team as associate partner. Patrick most recently served as investment manager at Monogram Living and prior to that he held roles at Montane Partners and Tritax Symmetry.
Quadrant has also appointed Alice Liao (pictured) from Greystar as associate partner in the transactions team supporting Pei-Wen Yen, who has been promoted to head of transactions. Vanessa Davey has also been promoted to the role of chief investment officer.
John Maddison, managing partner at Quadrant, said: “These appointments reflect our continued commitment to building deep expertise across our investment, transactions and strategic development capabilities. With John and Sebastian working alongside Kylie, we are further strengthening our ability to offer landowners a one-stop shop to maximise long term value from complex or underused sites. We’re excited to welcome them to the team along with Alice, whose appointment reflects the growth of our transactions team and follows Pei and Vanessa’s well deserved promotions.”
