Turner & Townsend has promoted Stephanie Marshall to managing director for UK cost management, real estate.
She takes over the role from Martin Sudweeks, who is retiring following more than 30 years at the business.
Marshall joined Turner & Townsend 14 years ago as a cost manager in the company’s Newcastle office and most recently led the UK regional cost management business.
Chris Sargent, UK real estate managing director at Turner & Townsend, said: “I’d first like to thank Martin for all of his contributions to the business over the past 30 years, and particularly in his role as managing director for cost management since 2020. He leaves the team in very capable hands – Stephanie’s dedication, expertise and leadership have been instrumental in building Turner & Townsend’s leading position in the UK.
