Pro Global has signed for 4,584 sq ft of office space at the Royal Liver Building on Liverpool’s waterfront.
The Grade I-listed building, which was built in 1911, was acquired in July 2025 by Princes Group in a £60m transaction.
Pro Global is expected to take occupancy of the new office early this year.
