Brookfield Properties has let 90,000 sq ft of office space to Ripple Labs at One Leadenhall in the City of London.
Following completion of the letting to the digital asset company, the building, which has just opened, is now fully let.
Designed by Make Architects, the 430,000 sq ft, 35-storey tower, which is located next to Leadenhall Market delivers large, flexible floorplates, landscaped upper-level terraces and a publicly accessible viewing terrace on level four.
