CBRE has appointed Nick Hume as an executive director in its UK valuation and advisory services business.
Hume, who has 25 years’ experience in loan security and debt valuation, joins CBRE from Savills.
In his new role, he will spearhead the continued expansion of CBRE’s lender-focused valuation offering, working closely with clients across the UK as the firm deepens its coverage and enhances its advisory platform.
