Greenridge Investment Management has made one new hire and two internal promotions.
Sam Woodward has joined Greenridge as a director from LendInvest Capital where he initially focused on development and bridging finance before transitioning into the funds business. He subsequently led the firm’s capital raising function, working closely with institutional and private investors across a range of real estate strategies.
Based in Greenridge’s Dubai office, Woodward (pictured) will support the firm’s global investor relationships as it continues to broaden its international capital base.
Greenridge has also promoted Jim Hartley, who joined the firm in 2023, to director, head of asset management, and George Parry, who joined Greenridge in 2025, has been promoted to associate director, investment.
Woodward said: “Greenridge’s long-standing track record, disciplined investment approach and strong alignment of interests with its investors were key attractions for me. The firm has built a compelling platform grounded in experience and long-term relationships. I am excited to join as director and to be based in Dubai, an increasingly important global hub for institutional and private capital. I look forward to working closely with capital partners globally to support the continued growth of the platform.”
Hartley added: “I am delighted to be appointed director, head of asset management at Greenridge. I look forward to supporting the continued growth of the business and delivering the best possible outcomes for our investors.”
