Avison Young has promoted Kerry Maguire to the role of head of valuation Scotland.
Maguire has served as a director in the firm’s valuation team in Glasgow for more than five years and following her promotion she will lead on asset valuation for the public sector.
The firm has also made a number of new hires in Scotland. Margaret MacDonald, who previously worked for CBRE and JLL, has joined as a director in the valuation team, Sam Pascoe has joined as a graduate building surveyor in the building and project consultancy team, Hannah Gibson has been appointed as a planner in the firm’s telecoms team and Eilidh MacPherson has joined the valuation team as a graduate surveyor.
