Stoford and Gallan have signed a 35-acre land promotion and development agreement on a 34.2-acre site in West Northamptonshire.
Located off Dockham Way in Crick, the land has the potential to deliver up to 500,000 sq ft of industrial and logistics accommodation across a number of buildings.
This land complements existing sites already being promoted by Stoford and Gallan in Crick, bringing the total land available to 140 acres.
Stoford and Gallan will work with Wallis Real Estate, who represented the landowners, to promote the site.
Andy Hartwright, land director at Stoford, said: “With a continued and growing need for first class industrial and logistics space in prime locations, Dockham Way offers excellent prospects to help satisfy those needs and deliver much needed economic growth.”
Marty Gallagher, director at Gallan, added: “We are pleased to add to the 140 acres of promotion and development opportunities that we are working on in West Northamptonshire with our partners, Stoford. Our portfolio offers a variety of sites suitable for a broad cross section of building sizes and uses which will be available to purchase or lease.”
