CBRE has appointed Paul Hubbard-Brown to the newly created role of head of occupier accounts for Europe.
Hubbard-Brown has more than 27 years of real estate experience working with occupiers across Europe and APAC regions.
Anna Esteban, head of leasing and occupier accounts for Europe at CBRE, said: “Most of our clients are European or global organisations, and the creation of this role will help us strengthen connectivity and consistency in client experience across countries. Paul has been with CBRE since 2009, and the breadth of his experience makes him the perfect candidate to take on this new opportunity.”
Hubbard-Brown added: “Having grown the occupier accounts function in our APAC business, I’m honoured to have the opportunity to replicate the offering across Europe. This is a role that will further enhance our occupier products across the region, covering all sectors and asset classes to service the needs of our clients.”
