Cushman & Wakefield has appointed Amy Cooper as head of project and development Services (PDS) for the UK & Ireland.
Prior to her appointment, Cooper served as head of project management and cost consultancy at Cushman & Wakefield.
In her new role, Cooper will report to Nic Wilkinson, who has been promoted to vice president, project and development services EMEA, and will lead the firm’s nationwide PDS team, which specialises in building consultancy, project management, cost consultancy, building services engineering and principal delivery.
