Colliers has bolstered its healthcare department by hiring industry stalwart Paddy Evans.
Evans has more than 20 years of specialist healthcare real estate and investment experience and most recently worked buyside at Montreux Capital. Prior to that, he led Knight Frank’s healthcare corporate consultancy and advisory team.
In a joint statement, Richard Harris and Adam Lenton, co-heads of Colliers’ healthcare team, said: “Paddy is an extremely well known and experienced individual in the market and we are delighted that he chose Colliers to continue his illustrious career in healthcare. His deep sector insight and proven ability to deliver on complex mandates will be invaluable for our clients and we are excited for what lies ahead for the team. This is a landmark hire for Colliers’ healthcare.”
