RealService, the customer experience consultancy for the real estate sector, has appointed Sarah Blake as chief commercial officer.
Blake, who has more than two decades of experience spanning commercial real estate, customer insight and strategic growth, was commercial director and co-founder of Net Zero Projects prior to joining RealService and spent more than 10 years at British Land, most recently as head of customer management.
In her new role, she will lead the firm’s client relationships and help drive the continued expansion of RealService’s advisory and insight services.
