Babcock has signed for 19,519 sq ft of office space at Solent Business Park in Whiteley, Hampshire.
The engineering and professional services company has agreed a five-year lease on the space with Watling Real Estate with a three-year break.
The deal means Building 3000B (Affinity Two) is now fully let. There is still space available within Affinity One from approximately 3,300 sq ft upwards. The two buildings have recently undergone a comprehensive refurbishment to bring them up to the highest office standards.
Jason Webb, director at joint letting agent Hellier Langston, said: “Securing Babcock as the latest occupier is a great result for Affinity and reflects the continued appeal of the park to high quality businesses. With 3000B now fully occupied and continued interest in the remaining space within Affinity 1, we’re seeing strong momentum carrying through into 2026.”
