Bicester Motion has strengthened its leadership and operations team with the appointment of Ed Parker as director of asset management.
Prior to joining Bicester Motion, Parker spent 16 years working at JLL, where he most recently held the role of national director, strategic asset management.
In his new role, he will work closely with Jonty Ashworth, development director at the 444-acre future mobility estate in Oxfordshire. Both will report to Daniel Geoghegan, chief executive officer of Bicester Motion.
Geoghegan said: “Ed’s depth of experience in strategic asset management and his understanding of how property can enable long-term business growth make him an outstanding addition to our leadership team. Working alongside Jonty, he will play a critical role in shaping and delivering the next phase of Bicester Motion’s evolution.
