Erdgard, in partnership with the Richardson family business, has submitted a planning application for a new £51m GDV industrial and logistics scheme on a 11.5-acre site in Brackmills, Northampton.
The Platform, Brackmills development will comprise three units of 46,436 sq ft, 63,669 sq ft and 76,133 sq ft. If the plans are approved, the BREEAM Excellent-rated units will be available for occupation in Q3 2027.
Gareth Williams, director at Erdgard, said: “Having acquired vacant buildings late last year, we are pleased to have submitted an application that if approved, will bring this site back into beneficial use through the development of a high quality employment scheme. Brackmills is home to several high-profile occupiers and its strategic location will also prove popular with occupiers looking for a superior working environment.”
Newmark, Savills and TDB Real Estate have been appointed as joint leasing agents at the development.
