Savills has bolstered its planning team in the east of England with two new appointments.
Rosanna Metcalfe, who most recently served as an associate director at Strutt & Parker in Cambridge, has returned to the firm’s Cambridge office as an associate director having first joined the company in 2012, and senior planner Luke Willis has also joined the firm from Strutt & Parker in Cambridge.
Metcalfe said: “I’m delighted to be back at Savills where I had nine very happy years at the start of my career. There is a great collaborative culture and the variety and range of projects being undertaken is very exciting. I know a lot of the team already and I’m looking forward to helping them continue to grow, alongside advising clients on how to unlock opportunities and support sustainable development across the region.”
