Custodian Capital has let a new 60,801 sq ft warehouse in Redditch to bathroom design and supply business Sonas Bathrooms for its first UK site.
The spec built Alto 60 unit has an EPC A and BREEAM Excellent rating and features a range of smart energy solutions, including solar power and modern climate control.
Eoin Greenwood, portfolio manager at Custodian Capital, said: “We are delighted to have let Alto 60 to Sonas Bathrooms, providing them with a high quality HQ building for their first site in England. The letting is a direct result of the best-in-class specification following the redevelopment of the site, and the strategy to enhance assets within the portfolio. We look forward to seeing Sonas increase their UK sales presence across the coming years.”
