Technology company Yunex Traffic has signed for a 160,000 sq ft unit at Aviation Business Park at Bournemouth Airport for its new UK HQ. The company is relocating to 1 Viscount Road from the former Siemens site in Poole.
Built in 2014, the 7.6-acre site includes a 120,000 sq ft warehouse with mezzanine floors, plus a further 39,000 sq ft of office space.

This is an important move for our business as our company continues to grow and strengthens our position as leaders in the intelligent traffic and mobility industry. We’re looking forward to creating a space that’s bespoke to the almost 500 colleagues set to move to the new location providing them with the accessibility so we can continue to attract talent from across the region, while also meeting our distribution needs.”

It’s rare to find a solution of this size in the area, that met all of the business’ needs from both a warehouse and office perspective. This acquisition demonstrates a significant investment from the business into future proofing their operations as well as providing them with space to grow further.”
Colliers’ project and building consultancy team completed all pre-acquisition due diligence and oversaw the landlord’s works, and the team has been instructed to act on Yunex’s behalf and negotiate outgoing dilapidations at its existing facility in Poole.
CBRE acted for the landlord, Eastleigh Borough Council.
