A charity has put a Grade II listed mixed-use property in Buckinghamshire up for sale for £525,000.

The Old School, which dates back to 1856 and is located at Old Wolverton Road in Wolverton, Milton Keynes, is currently trading as a café with adjoining two- and three-bedroom accommodation used for short-term lettings.

Additional space at the site includes a storage room, two customer toilets, an external office building, car parking and landscaped gardens to the front and rear.

The 999-year long leasehold interest in the site is being offered, with best and final bids to be received by Friday 1 May 2026.

Nick Bosworth, senior surveyor at BTG Eddisons in Milton Keynes, which has been appointed to market the opportunity, said: “The Old School is a highly distinctive mixed-use asset offering immediate income with further potential for alternative uses or enhancement, subject to the necessary consents. Its unique historic character, strong local connectivity and attractive setting make it a rare opportunity within the Milton Keynes market and we are expecting significant interest from investors.”
