Quadrant has appointed Will Rowson and Albert Ganyushin to the firm’s newly created non-executive advisory board.
Rowson, who has more than 40 years of property sector experience, founded Newland Capital Partners, the London-based advisory firm focused on real estate investment strategy and equity raising, and was formerly chief executive officer of Global Student Accommodation. He has also held senior roles at Hodes Weill, CBRE Investment Management and Strutt & Parker.
Ganyushin has 30 years of leadership experience in capital markets, corporate finance, IPO advisory and strategic governance, and was chairman of two LSE-listed technology businesses, head of international listings at Euronext and the New York Stock Exchange, head of capital markets at Dr Peters Group and he worked for Deutsche Bank.
