Vistry has secured planning consent to deliver 82 affordable homes on a former industrial site on Harlestone Road, Northampton.
This project, which is being delivered in partnership with West Northamptonshire Council (WNC), will see the disused brickworks and garage site transformed into a sustainable new community.
The site will provide a mix of one- and two-bedroom maisonettes and apartments, alongside two-, three- and four-bedroom family homes.
All the houses will be constructed using modern methods of construction, with timber frame panels produced at the Vistry Works factory in Bardon, Leicestershire.
