Mileway has let the 60,000 sq ft City 7 unit in Sheffield to padel centre operator Padel Bonito on a 10-year lease.
Located in Sheffield’s industrial heartland, City 7, which is owned by opportunistic funds managed by Blackstone, was recently fully refurbished.
Andrew Jones, co-head of real estate at Mileway, said: “City 7 is a great example of how we actively manage and reposition our portfolio to meet changing customer and community needs. By working closely with Padel Bonito, we’re bringing this property back into productive use, supporting a new destination that will add real value for Sheffield. This letting also underlines the versatility of well-located urban industrial spaces alongside more traditional logistics operations.”
