Indurent has let an 80,000 sq ft unit at Indurent Trident Business Park in Warrington, Cheshire, to Topgrade Sportswear on a 10-year lease.
The company, which is part of Frasers Group, is a major distributor of sportswear and fashion brands. The move to Indurent Trident Business Park represents a significant upsize for the business from its existing smaller premises in Warrington.
The T80 unit, which has secured EPC A+ and BREEAM Excellent ratings, was previously let to Regency Glass, before the company decided to relocate and upsize to Indurent’s 420,000 sq ft Omega West 420 facility late last year.
