The mixed-use Leeds Dock Estate on Leeds’ South Bank has been put up for sale for £10.75m.
The waterfront destination, which comprises a mix of office, retail, leisure and residential assets, includes approximately 137,700 sq ft of ground floor commercial accommodation, alongside Livingstone House and Stanley House office buildings.
Tenants include Tesco, Pizza Express, Journey Further, Mumtaz, P+HS Architects, Luminate Education Group and Places for People.
Cushman & Wakefield has been appointed to sell the asset on behalf of Leaseco 23 Limited (in administration), supporting joint administrators Richard Harrison and Stephen Absolom of Interpath.
James Yates, partner, capital markets at Cushman & Wakefield, said: “Leeds Dock has gained a strong national profile through UKREiiF and has a stunning location on Leeds’ South Bank. The estate offers investors a highly prominent and substantial mixed-use opportunity in a key regeneration and growth area for the city. There are opportunities to immediately add value and potentially access a wider land holding in the area.”
