Cushman & Wakefield has appointed living capital markets expert Will Hyslop as a partner in the firm’s UK living team.
Hyslop, who has more than 15 years of living sector experience, previously worked at Montagu Evans as a partner for almost a decade, specialising in purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) and build-to-rent.
His appointment will further enhance Cushman & Wakefield’s capabilities across the living sectors, strengthening a team of sector specialists who deliver data-led insight and tailored commercial advice.
