Bloom and Crosstree Real Estate Partners have secured 76,000 sq ft of lettings at their newly refurbished multi-let industrial estate in Hayes at rents approaching £30/sq ft.
Live events and luxury goods logistics business the Rock-it Company has signed for 60,000 sq ft across two newly refurbished units and e-commerce delivery provider Direct Link has agreed a new 10-year lease on its existing 16,100 sq ft unit.
Following completion of the deals, there is just one unit of 17,140 sq ft available to let at Bloom Hayes, which was formerly known as Fairview Business Centre.
Constructed in the 1970s and 1980s, the estate has been comprehensively refurbished, improving its EPC rating from D to A through the installation of solar PVs, EV charge points and air source heat pumps.
