CBRE has appointed Clarence Dixon as chair of European loan services, effective 1 June.
Dixon has led CBRE’s loan services business since 2013 and has been instrumental in the growth of the platform.
Dean Harris (pictured), who joined CBRE as an executive director last year, will become the firm’s new European head of loan services. Prior to joining CBRE, Harris, who has more than 20 years of real estate lending experience, spent five years leading Trimont’s EMEA advisory and servicing business.
Dixon said: “Becoming chair of the European loan services business is an extraordinary opportunity, in which I will focus on the business strategy and sustaining long-term client relationships, while continuing to support the growth of the platform with Dean at the helm.”
Harris added: “Since joining CBRE last year, I have been impressed by the high-performing, 100-strong team under Clarence’s leadership.
