The Die-PAT Centre at Broad March in Daventry has been put up for sale for £4m+.
The 48,625 sq ft warehouse with office space sits on a 3.7-acre site and is available either with vacant possession or on a sale and leaseback basis. The option to buy on a sale and leaseback basis is for a 10-year term at a rent of £350,000 per annum, with an upwards only rent review and tenant only break option at the fifth year.
The Die-PAT Centre provides 16,542 sq ft in the original warehouse, 13,285 sq ft in an extension warehouse, 6,503 sq ft in the mezzanine and 3,682 sq ft of ancillary space. The offices extend to 8,613 sq ft.
