Corscale has appointed McLaren Construction and Phoenix ME to start predevelopment works on a 140 MW data centre at Court Lane in Iver, Buckinghamshire.
Corscale’s new campus, which will be built on a 14-acre site, includes the development of two buildings and a dedicated 140 MVA substation, designed by Gensler.
The existing site is currently used as an industrial estate accommodating a mix of heavy industrial use, garages, metal recycling, waste transfer stations, concrete and aggregate mixing and storage, large vehicle storage and tyre distribution.
Predevelopment works, including site clearance and enabling works, will commence on site on 1 July with practical completion targeted in Q4 2029.
