AM ALPHA has let 200 Broomielaw in Glasgow to the Home Office on a long-term lease.
The government department will use the entire Grade A office building of approximately 80,000 sq ft as a central hub for the Passport Office.
AM ALPHA acquired 200 Broomielaw in 2019 and executed a comprehensive retrofit programme, improving the building’s energy rating to EPC A.
The building is fitted with renewable energy systems and intelligent building controls to help reduce energy consumption, making it one of the most energy efficient office buildings in Scotland.
