Strettons has made a series of senior promotions across its commercial agency, auction, lease advisory, structured finance and technology teams.
Tom Schwier, who joined the City fringe commercial agency team in 2017, has been promoted to board director; Robert Woolfe, who joined the auction team in 2007; has become a salaried director; and Bryn Nettle, who joined joined Strettons’ auction yeam two years ago following a 13-year estate agency career, has been promoted to the role of associate director and head of residential sales and lettings.
Strettons has also promoted Richard Allen to head of technology and Harry Salter to head of lease advisory.
Mark Bolton, managing director at Strettons, said: “These promotions reflect the depth of talent we have across the business and the real contribution each of these colleagues has made. Tom, Robert and Bryn have all been instrumental in the success of their teams, Andreas and Harry are leading important areas of our growing advisory offer, and Richard is stepping into a role that will be increasingly important to how we operate as the firm grows.”
“As Strettons continues to broaden the services we offer clients, our internal structure has to keep pace. Recognising the people who have helped build the business, and giving them the platform to take it forward, is a key part of that, and I’m confident each of them will make a real impact in their new roles.”
