Frasers Property UK has let 12,371 sq ft across the ground and first floors of Building 150 at Farnborough Business Park in Hampshire to a “major provider” of technology and digital infrastructure services.
Following completion of the transaction, the majority of the building is now under offer, with only one suite available.
