Housebuilder Owl Group has acquired a 3.74-acre residential development site in Worcestershire for an undisclosed price.
Owl Partnerships, Owl Group’s affordable housing business, will deliver 30 new one- to four-bedroom affordable homes on the site at Stonebow Road in Drakes Broughton.
Paul Breen, Owl Group’s managing director for the West Midlands, said: “This acquisition represents another important milestone in Owl Group’s growth across the West Midlands. Stonebow Road will be our fourth active site in the region with a further 17 in the pipeline. Drakes Broughton has a fantastic community spirit with local shops, schools, pubs, sports teams and more.
