Bargate has secured planning consent for a 25-home residential scheme on a 4.2-acre site in Whiteparish, Wiltshire.
The scheme will deliver a mix of one- to five-bedroom open-market homes, first homes and affordable properties to be delivered in partnership with VIVID.
All homes will be energy efficient and include green technologies as standard, such as solar PV panels, air-source heat pumps, high levels of insulation and EV charging points.
