Cushman & Wakefield has appointed Richard Mass from JLL as a partner in its London West End capital markets team.
Mass was a director at JLL and spent 14 years in the West End team where he built a strong reputation for advising institutional clients on complex transactions. In his new role, Mass will sit alongside Paul Gummer and Graham Harding who are currently partners in the West End team.
His appointment follows the announcement that Jonathan O’Regan will join Cushman & Wakefield as head of West End capital markets in October 2026.
