Tritax London Logistics Fund (TLLF) has raised £400m in new equity.
The fund’s investor base, which was previously UK-weighted, has evolved and now includes investors from Australia, Switzerland, Japan, Singapore, USA and the Netherlands, who account for 70% of the fund.
TLLF intends to raise a further £150m over the next 12 months in response to continued international demand for access to the London industrial and logistics market.
The fund has seen significant growth over the past three years and has grown to circa £107bn at the end of Q3 2026. TLLF’s portfolio currently comprises 22 assets, totalling more than 2.3m sq ft.
Nick Ireland, fund manager for Tritax London Logistics Fund, said: “Reaching £1bn is a milestone moment for TLLF, achieved alongside returns above the sector benchmark over the three-year period ended 30 June 2026. The successful equity raise reflects support for the fund’s disciplined strategy, high quality portfolio and proactive approach to asset management. We are pleased to build on this progress as we seek to scale the fund through a further equity raise targeted at international institutional investors attracted by the London industrial and logistics market.”
