Logicor has acquired a newly developed multi-let industrial and logistics estate in Dartford, south east London, from Tritax Big Box and Bericote, for an undisclosed price.
The circa 83,000 sq ft estate, which is part of the Littlebrook Power Station redevelopment, offers 20 units ranging in size from 2,885 sq ft to 6,025 sq ft. It will be branded Logicor Park Dartford.
The park will be built to an EPC A rating and BREEAM Excellent and offer LED lighting throughout, solar PV roof panels and EV charging points. It is located close to the Dartford Crossing offering quick, direct access to central London and the wider south east markets via the M25, A13 and A2.
