Boyer has appointed Jess Bain as an associate director in its London office. Bain, who previously worked as a senior planner for Barton Willmore (now Stantec), will work with Boyer’s clients to gain planning consent on residential, office and commercial schemes.
Grant Leggett, head of Boyer’s London office, said: “Jess’s appointment strengthens our senior consultant team following the recent appointment of Dan Osborne as a director. Both have extensive experience across a range of planning specialisms and geographies, including London, the Thames Valley and M4 corridor.
“Our pipeline of work is stronger than it’s ever been, and despite the caution being applied by developers there is still a strong appetite to buy land and bring it forward. We are looking at a considerable number of new prospects.”
Leggett said the business was ‘actively exploring’ the recruitment of another director this year.
