CBRE strengthens South West property management team

CBRE has bolstered its South West property management team, with three new hires.

Matthew Maxwell has been recruited as an associate director from peoperty management and building consutlacy firm Workman, Angus McPhail joins CBRE from Hartnell Taylor Cook as a senior surveyor and Amelia McClune joins the business as a graduate trainee having recently completed a degree in English Literature at Cardiff University. She is taking a masters conversion course as part of her training to be chartered within the property field under the Commercial Pathway.

Kristen Miskella, director at CBRE, said: “Having Matthew and Angus on board will help drive us forward as we take on more clients. Their expertise and enthusiasm is already having a big impact and our colleagues and clients are benefitting from their combined experience. Amelia has already made a significant contribution to the team and she’s brought a fresh perspective that we all gain from.”

Maxwell (pictured left) said: “I’m excited to help CBRE grow its property management reach further while drawing on the experience and insight that comes from working with a global firm.”

McPhail (pictured right) said: “I’m looking forward to growing my career as part of a team that covers such a broad range of clients and I’ve already been given the chance to make a real impact.”

McClune added: “I’m finding property management an ideal place to start as I learn about the many aspects of commercial real estate. I get a lot of support and can already see the opportunities to take my career further.”
