Colliers has recruited Ian Quinn as an associate director in its project and building consultancy team in Manchester.
Quinn joins from consultancy C4 Projects where he spent the last four years as a project manager working predominantly in the industrial sector.
Simon Long, director in Colliers’ project and building consultancy in Manchester, said: “Ian will be a great addition to the team. He has a broad range of experience across the range of services we offer, and will be invaluable for our clients in the north west. We’re continuing to strengthen our service offering in the region and we look forward to introducing Ian to our clients.”
Quinn added: “I’m looking forward to switching back towards the specialism of building surveying, and to exploring the buildings that our clients are looking to renovate and build.
