Telford Homes hires new chief operating officer

Telford Homes has appointed Lesley Chen Davison as the company’s new chief operating officer. In her new role, she will join the firm’s executive committee, be responsible for supporting the execution of Telford Homes’ business strategy and lead on the execution of investment and development management reporting to Telford Homes CEO Anne Kavanagh.

Chen Davison was recently head of commercial strategy for GoSpace AI and prior to that she was CIO of Seaforth Land, leading the firm’s investment strategy, property acquisitions and financing.

She started her real estate career at Deutsche Bank and was heavily involved in some of the UK’s earliest purpose-built BTR projects, including East Village and Elephant Central during her 14 years at Delancey.

Kavanagh said: “I am pleased to welcome Lesley to the Telford Homes leadership team. Her track record in growth, transformation and M&A environments with expertise in strategy, corporate finance and capital markets will be essential as we define and execute our business strategy. Lesley’s innovation, creativity and history of collaboration make her an ideal leader for Telford Homes.”
